not just Italy and France are free- all the Europe is-all of them have free health care- but dont forget- u still pay for it- when paying taxes, and taxes can be up to 45%

I think we are all looking for something a bit better than what we have – it´s a human trait, we can´t help it. If your family is unhappy though, then you should move to another country. Just dump everything. I know people always talk about all the problems; job, schools, leaving family. Family can visit or move with you…. schools – you will find a good one somewhere…. Jobs – well, a job is a job and when it means your family are happier, then I`m sure you would settle for working somewhere new and maybe for less money. Good luck changing things!

Yes you are right pharmanceuticals companies have taken their toll all over the world I would say in recent years.
